With this tools you improve your blog crawling rate.You need to verify a blog in Google webmaster tool and then submit a sitemap. It is very important to submit a Google sitemap in terms of SEO. Whenever you update your blog your blog with new posts your sitemap will automatically index your post to Google search engine. So lets discuss how to add a sitemap to Google webmaster tools.
How to Submit Blogger Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools ?
- Sign in to google webmastetools.
- Click on the blog title.
- Click on the sitemap button which i shown in the below pic.
- Click on ADD/TEST SITEMAP which is at right corner.
- When you click on it a small box will appear which i shown in the screenshot.
- Add the below code inside the box.
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
- Click on submit sitemap and refresh the page.
- Congrats!!! you have finished to submit your blog sitemap.
Note: The above sitemap will work for 500 posts only if you have more than 500 posts the whole procedure is same but this time add this code.
