First you need to login to your Facebook account >> goto your Facebook fan page and select a desire post that you want to add or share it on your blog. But the post must be shared publicly.

After selecting your post you will see a small tick mark which show on the right side of post title. Click on it you will a drop down menu just click on embed post. When you click on the embed post a small window will appear along with coding as you see in the below screenshot.

Now copy the entire code and click it on the post HTML and paste it inside where you want share your Facebook post. After that when you publish your post you will see your embedded post in your blog post.
